Derma Yoga ("Company", "we", "us", "our") owns and operates the websites dermayoga.com and dermayoga.com(collectively referred to as the "Platforms"). The Platforms offer an online store for dermatologist-recommended skincare, haircare, and wellness products, along with doctor consultation services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platforms, including browsing, registering an account, purchasing products, booking consultations, and any other interaction with us. By accessing the Platforms, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Derma Yoga.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the Platforms. Your continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Use of our Platforms is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Platforms, you represent and warrant that:

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept the following payment methods:

Promotional codes and discount offers are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed using invalid or fraudulently obtained promo codes.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the logistics partner involved.

• We deliver across India, subject to serviceability at your pincode.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, natural calamities, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events.
• International shipping is not currently available unless explicitly stated on the Platforms.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control.

All content on our Platforms — including text, graphics, logos, product images, button icons, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of Derma Yoga or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in India.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platforms for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written consent;
• Use our trademarks, brand names, logos, or trade dress without authorisation;

You represent that you own or have the necessary permissions to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that we deem inappropriate, false, or in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

Our Platforms may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, logistics trackers, or social media platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before engaging with any third-party service.

Our Platforms and all content, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
• Warranties that the Platforms will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses;
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information.

We do not warrant that the use of our products will result in specific skin, hair, or health outcomes. Individual results vary based on skin type, consistency of use, and other personal factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Derma Yoga, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Delivery delays, logistics failures, or product damage in transit;

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Derma Yoga Derma Store, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to the Platforms;
• Any violation of these Terms by you;
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platforms;
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Information Technology Act 2000, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940.

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Your use of our Platforms is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platforms, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Derma Yoga shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, acts of government or regulatory authorities, war, civil unrest, fire, floods, power outages, internet disruptions, or failure of third-party service providers.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where possible.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on our Platforms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Derma Yoga Store concerning your use of the Platforms and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
